You buy a prepaid voucher from us. You use it at the restaurant we name. We keep this document short because there's not much to it.
"Weeknight," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Weeknight, a sole-proprietor business operating out of New York City. Contact: hello@weeknight.club.
By buying a voucher through weeknight.club, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't buy one.
A prepaid voucher redeemable for one specific menu item at one specific restaurant. You'll see the meal, restaurant, price, and expiration date before you pay.
After payment, we email you a QR code and a 6-digit code. Show either one to the restaurant staff on the day you visit. The restaurant marks the voucher redeemed in our system and serves you the meal.
If a restaurant is unexpectedly closed, out of the meal, or refuses to honor a valid voucher, email us at hello@weeknight.club and we'll refund you or swap the voucher.
Payments are processed by Stripe. The price you see at checkout is what you pay, including a small processing fee and any applicable sales tax (currently New York State + local, where required).
Your total at the restaurant on redemption is $0 for the voucher meal. Anything else you order — additional food, drinks, tax on those items, tip — is between you and the restaurant.
Before the voucher expires and before you redeem it:
Once you've redeemed the voucher or it has expired, the sale is final.
You must be 18 or older to purchase a voucher. You must be a resident of the United States and use a U.S. payment method.
Don't resell vouchers. Don't try to forge codes, brute-force the QR system, or otherwise abuse the platform. Don't use the service for anything unlawful. We can void vouchers (with or without refund) and block accounts that do these things.
Weeknight partners with independent restaurants. Each restaurant is responsible for the food and service it provides. If you have a complaint about the food, please tell us — we'll pass it along and, if appropriate, refund your voucher.
The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the site, vouchers, and redemption system running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that every restaurant will always be open when you show up.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Weeknight is limited to the amount you paid for the voucher(s) at issue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. If we make a material change, we'll email anyone with an active voucher.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
